These note cards have been available at Barnes & Noble for quite awhile and we featured them as part of a post about Vespa marketing at this store awhile back. But now they’re available online. I think the Vespa in the illustration could almost be a Triumph Tina but I digress. Printed on beautiful British made stationary, these cards are engraved with the message “Hurry Over” and are $24 for a set of 10.

Thanks to Julie G. for this find!

Moritz from Germany’s SIP Scooter Shop has been following ScooterSwag for about a year and a half and wanted to share with us some t-shirts they’re doing. They have a lot of amazing lifestyle stuff on their site and they’re working with FedEx now so shipping should be cheaper. I work with my own local shop to place orders for bits because they tend to do one big shipment for everybody’s stuff and that helps lower the cost as well.

(My own personal plug – We don’t really talk mechanics here at ScooterSwag but if you’re considering buying a performance pipe for your scooter, you can’t do better than SIP – it’s worth every last penny. They really do boost performance and last forever.)

Here’s a new Rickshaw/Ape/Tuk Tuk/Scooter thingy in the Strawberry Shortcake line. It’s called the “Goodies to Go Scooter.” I don’t think it’s nearly as cute as a previous toy, but it’s still pretty darn cute. You have to admire the girl’s gumption to start a food cart business in this economy and oooh what a cute mod helmet. Available for $14.99 at ToysRUs.

Available at Target now, this card has a red foil on the helmet, lips, and scooter which doesn’t scan well, but looks cool on the card.

Thanks to Tom for the scan and the find!

Aboot* a month ago we posted about a mystery clock that Cassie owns:

Rare Bit O’ Swag Post

Glen B. in Canada recognized his clock right off and was able to provide some more info on it. Cassie’s may be a Chinese knockoff of the Canadian company Mirage’s version which actually says “Made in Canada.” Anyhoo, the company also made some small stationery products with Series II Lambrettas on them. Glen says the designs are about 10 years old. Alas, the current Mirage site doesn’t show them for sale so this will be a lucky eBay find if you want one.

Thanks to Glen for the photos and info!

* Canadian pronunciation of “about.” And no, we Americans never tire making fun of their pronunciation of this word because we think it’s so cute. ; )

Unless he’s being ironic I don’t think the model’s haircut works. But otherwise this is a great looking tee. $19.99 at wonderfully named “I Love Waterloo”.

Thanks to Cassie for this find!
