I love these mini half shells with their mini mini scooter surprise. They come in both gold and sterling silver and can sometimes be found on eBay. Not sure of who the original maker was. Good luck!

These charms come as a set and are for use on bracelets, sneakers and backpacks. I think they would also be cute clipped onto a ribbon on a present. They’re $2.19 for the set.
