I don’t even know where to begin with this one. I wasn’t even able to find a completed Scooter Santa made out of fondant on the interwebby thing. I suppose if you are a cake decorator hobbyist, you’ll get what I’m referring to. I will go so far as to give you a link for one of these “Jem Cutters”(£11.99), and encourage you to see this very entertaining documentary called “The Kings of Pastry.”
