I’ve always been annoyed by children’s puzzles of vehicles. I immediately gravitate towards them when I see them in stores. But they almost *never* feature a scooter. A motorcycle, yes. But rarely a scooter. I found this beautiful wooden Dutch puzzle made by Simplex on eBay (from the early 60s) and am secreting it away for the next time my friends start to breed. I am slightly worried however. The Lambretta scooter is definitely a choking hazard. Are American children smart enough for these? Apparently this is why Kinder eggs weren’t allowed over here for years.
