Here’s a toy that may only be available at Target. It’s the Hello Kitty Chasing Rainbows scooter and it’s a simple push toy for their 12″ dolls. No batteries, no friction power, just fun. It measures approximately 8″ tall and almost 15″ long. It even comes with a little purse.

Hello Kitty “Velluttata” Scooter Toys
First I had to look up what “Vellutata” meant. Turns out it’s Italian and means “velvety.” There’s a rich sauce called “Vellutata.”
Next I went on the hunt for scooter cart. Turns out this line of HK seems to only be available to the Europeans. (Hisss!) but you can order the cart from them on the American Amazon website for between £5.99 to $15.
So what about the Hello Kitty remote control toy featuring a (gasp!) boyfriend? Well my dear friends, I think it’s also part of the “Vellutata” line but it’ll have to be considered “Rare Swag” for now as I try to find an online source.

Back in November 2011, the Japanese proved yet again how rad they are by releasing a bunch of Hello Kitty & Tokidoki designed toys in their 7 ELEVEN (!) stores.
These can still be found on eBay for around $10 including shipping.

She’s English! Born in London in 1974 according to Sanrio. Hence the often seen scooter. (Not to mention mod fashion sense.) So here’s some more Hello Kitty Scooter goodness available over in Europe. A children’s bedding set for 66,00 Euros. It’s made in Italy by “Gabel.” Shipping to the US may be possible for you hard core HK fanatics?
